Requirements:
EMT/Paramedic
- Valid Illinois Drivers License
- Valid EMT/Paramedic License
- Valid CPR/AED Certification Card
- Clean Driving Record (MVR)
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Pass EMS Region Entry
- Consent to a Criminal Background Check
- Voided Check (Have on day of orientation)
- Social Security Card (Have on day of orientation)
- Ability to lift 100-150 LBS.
Dispatch / Patient Accounts
- Ability to Type At Least 60 Words-Per-Minute
- Consent to a Criminal Background Check
- Voided Check (Have on day of orientation)
- Social Security Card (Have on day of orientation
Medicar Operator
- 21-years-old or Older
- Valid Illinois Drivers License
- Clean Driving Record (MVR)
- Consent to a Criminal Background Check
- Voided Check (Have on day of orientation)
- Social Security Card (Have on day of orientation)
- Ability to lift 100-150 LBS.
Porter
- Valid Illinois Drivers License
- Clean Driving Record (MVR)
