High School Diploma/GED
Elite requires you to have a high school diploma or GED before taking the course.
18+ Years Old
Students must be 18 or older to train as emergency medical responders.
Rapid Training Course

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Must provide a motor vehicle report (MVR)
Must pass a criminal background check
Must be able to lift 125 LBS

Tattooing & Jewelry Policies
Jewelry: One small ring per hand (wedding set counts as one ring), unobtrusive wrist watches are acceptable. Necklaces must be kept inside the shirt, and not visible. Stud earring are the only kind of earrings allowed (no gages, drop, hoops are allowed).
Hair & Facial Hair Policies
Facial Hair: Beards and goatees are permitted when they are no longer than one quarter inch in length and properly maintained. This is not to include the occasional unshaved look or five o’clock shadow. No unnatural shapes or sculpting is allowed.
